A minimum gratuity of 10% is to be paid to the staff at the end of the party. If your final headcount at confirmation is between 17-24 kids, the balance of $40.00 is payable the day of the party. Two or three teachers will instruct your party. 

Activities will include warm-ups, cooperative games and gymnastics. From there, we will serve your provided refreshments and pack all presents for you to take home. You must supply cake & juice boxes. No pourable juice or soda is allowed. 











Cartwheels, Etc. will supply all paper goods which are generic white. Paper goods include colored tablecloth, plates, napkins, and spoons. If a theme is your child’s dream, feel free to bring your own supplies. You will receive a confirmation call one week before the party to request a final headcount. It is very important for our front desk to have this information as soon as possible in order to staff the birthday party properly. Also, you will receive an “invitation.” Included on the invitation are directions and a waiver which must be filled out by all children prior to the birthday party. Comfortable clothes (no jeans please), bare feet and hair secured off the face will make for a more enjoyable time. 


Please book your party well in advance. Parties book up quickly. 


Parties are private which means you have the entire facility to yourself. This means FUN for all the kids and less work for you. Birthday parties are held on Saturday’s, Sunday’s and weekdays by request. Each party is 1 & 1/2 hours in length. 

The cost for up to 16 children (including birthday child) is $200.00. For 17-24 children the cost is $240.00. Over 24 contact the front-desk. A birthday party contract must be filled out and a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required when you book your party.
